Under CCPA/CPRA, "sale" or "sharing" of personal data includes:

  • Selling your personal information for monetary consideration
  • Sharing your personal information with third parties for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Disclosing cookies and tracking data to advertising partners

Important: We do not receive monetary compensation for sharing your data, however, we do work with advertising partners (META, Google Ads, etc.) for retargeting and targeted advertising purposes. Under CCPA/CPRA, this may constitute "sharing" for purposes of targeted advertising.

Your Opt-Out Request:

Note: Your opt-out preference will be saved in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data, you may need to re-submit this request. You can repeat this process at any time.

3. What Happens When You Opt-Out

When you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data:

  • Essential Cookies Only: We will continue to use essential cookies required for website functionality (session management, security, etc.)
  • No Advertising Cookies: We will not place advertising pixels or cookies on your device
